A website is extra only if you want one: $1,200, or $950 with Full Service. Founding clients get the first month free and the setup fee waived. Up to 20 Google reviews a month, more than most local businesses get. One busy month never costs extra. Only if you go over 20 two months in a row do you choose: move up to Starter, or pay $3 per extra reply. Extra replies are billed on a separate one-time invoice, and your $99 a month stays the same.

No. Every plan is month to month. Either of us can cancel for any reason with 30 days' notice, and email is fine. Service and billing continue through those 30 days.

You pay through the 30-day notice period. Any months you prepaid past that are refunded. Partial months aren't prorated unless we both agree.

Only costs from other companies, such as a website platform plan, a domain, stock images, paid ads, or software you ask for. You approve each one first and pay for it yourself. The only other charges are a flat $25 late fee, added if an invoice is still unpaid 7 days after its due date, and, on Reviews Only, $3 per extra reply if you go over 20 Google reviews two months in a row and choose that instead of moving up to Starter.

Paid ad management and ad spend, professional photo or video shoots, online stores, and crisis or PR management. These aren't part of any plan.

We review and clean up your profiles, claim or verify your Google listing, and set up access so we can post for you. It applies to Starter, Growth, and Full Service and is billed at signing. Founding clients don't pay it. Reviews Only has no setup fee.

Yes. A simple website is $1,200 one-time. You get up to 5 pages (like Home, Services, About, Gallery, and Contact) that look good on phones and computers, on Squarespace or Wix, plus a contact form, a map, links to your profiles, and up to two rounds of changes. It's $950 with the Full Service plan. We bill half at signing and half before the site goes live. You buy the platform plan and domain in your name, so the site is yours.

Plans are billed monthly, in advance. Each month you get an invoice by email through Square. Pay it by card or bank transfer (ACH) within 7 days, or save a card or bank account on file so each invoice is paid automatically. Setup ($199, on Starter, Growth, and Full Service) is billed at signing, and founding clients don't pay it. Reviews Only has no setup fee. A website is billed half at signing and half before it goes live. If an invoice is still unpaid 7 days after its due date (14 days after it's sent), a flat $25 late fee is added to it.

Change plans any time by email. The change starts with your next billing cycle. We give at least 30 days' written notice before any price change. Founding-client prices are held for 12 months.

You do. Your accounts, website, and domain stay in your name. We use manager access, never owner access, and we never ask for your personal passwords. If you leave, we remove our access and give you your files.

We send posts ahead of time. You can approve, edit, or reject each one. If you like, routine posts can go ahead when you haven't replied in two business days. Replies to positive reviews use wording you approve ahead of time. Replies to negative or sensitive reviews never go up without your OK.

We look at how your business shows up on Google, in your reviews, on Facebook and Instagram, and on your website. Then we spend 20 minutes going over it with you, in person or online. It's free, with no obligation.

Your first month on any plan is free, including Reviews Only, and your plan price is held for 12 months. On Starter, Growth, and Full Service, the $199 setup fee is also waived. Reviews Only has no setup fee to begin with. If you're happy with the work, we'll ask for an honest testimonial. You don't have to give a positive one. A website build is billed at its listed price. After the first month, keep going month to month or stop.

No. Rankings, reviews, and sales depend on things no one controls, including Google's and Meta's own systems. We promise the work in your plan, done on schedule, and a clear report each month.

We reply to email, Facebook messages, and visibility-check requests within one business day. Meetings are by appointment.
